Following the completion of his studies, he served his articles of clerkship at Maluleke Seriti Makume Matlala Inc ., one of the oldest and most prestigious black law firms in South Africa. This firm has a notable legacy, having produced over ten judges, including the late Judge Maluleke and retired Supreme Court of Appeal Judge Seriti. Remarkably, the current President of South Africa, His Excellency Mr. Cyril Ramaphosa, also completed his articles under the late Judge Maluleke.
